Conducting structural Audit to assess the structural stability of the existing old two no’s ofbarge unloadingJetties(Finger Jetties) by visualinspection and by taking photographsof eachJettyto check for cracking, delamination, corrosion stains, palling, honeycomb, exposed reinforcement and its conditions, taking photographs, noting down all visible defects andrecord observationsof distressed parts of the building, level of deterioration etc. and to carryout required NDT’s, like:a) Rebound hammer test-30 Nosb) Ultrasonic pulse velocity test-10 nos c)Half cell potential test -10 Nosd)carbonation test -10 Nos e) Core test -10 nos f) Determination of the safe operating load on the existing jetties.Any other teststo assessthe status and for suggesting remedial measuresfor proper restorationof the jetties, Submissionof detail structural Audit report, photographs, NDT results& item wiseEstimatefor structural repairs& restoration. All labour, materials, tools, tackles, scaffoldings, Underwater survey, Survey boat.. etc complete ofthe following Jetties of MPA of whichdetailsare as under:I)Barge unloading Jetties No 4&5a)Year of construction -1978b)Size 120x13mts.having berthing facilitiesfor barges on both faces having drft of (-) 6.5. and can handle barges with carrying capacity of 2000 mt. .c)The live load considered for design is about 3MT/M2
