| 4 | M&L for water proofing treatment in Seven course as specified below and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(i) Preparing roof surface by removing oil, dirt, laitance and other contaminents manually and injection of grout to construction joints and honey combs if any with cementitious pressure grouting with 40 Psi pump using Cobex 100 or equivalent @ 225gms mixed to 50Kg bag of cement including packing joints with fillets using polymer modified mortar.(ii)Apply a coat of oil based bituminous primer @ 200 gram / square metre on the prepared surface.(iii) Apply a coat of blown type bitumen grade 85/25 conforming to IS:702 heated to a working temperature of 180˚C and applied @ 1.20 Kg per square metre of the surface area.(iv) Provide and lay 4mm thick APP modified torch applied water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.00 Kg per square meter reinforced with non woven polyester matt, weighing not less than 160gm/sqm having softening point not less than 140˚C, Longitudinal tensile strength not less than 650 N/5 CM, tear strength of 180N(Min), a static puncture resistance of 180, keeping a minimum of 10 cm over laps and 15cm end lap.(v) Apply a coat of blown type bitumen grade 85/25 conforming to IS:702 heated to a working temperature of 180 degree C and applied @ 1.20 Kg per square metre of the surface area.(vi) Provide and lay 4mm thick APP modified torch applied water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.00 Kg per square meter reinforced with non woven polyester matt, weighing not less than 160gm/sqm having softening point not less than 140˚C, Longitudinal tensile strength not less than 650 N/5 CM, tear strength of 180N(Min), a static puncture resistance of 180, keeping a minimum of 10 cm over laps and 15cm end lap.(vii) Apply a coat of blown type bitumen grade 85/25 conforming to IS:702 heated to a working temperature of 180 degree C and applied @ 1.20 Kg per square metre of the surface area.(viii) Finishing surface with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint, @ 100 gm/Sqm. |

Apply a coat of blown type bitumen grade 85/25 conforming to IS:702 heated to a working temperature of 180˚C and applied @ 1.20 Kg per square metre of the surface area.(iii) Provision of RCC (nominal mix Type B0 1:2:4 using 12.5mm aggregrate slab 50mm thick, 40cm wide with liquid WPC,inclusive of reinforcement (8mm thick bars @ 100mm C/C)40cm wide over the expansion joint through out the length. Apply a coat of oil based bituminous primer @ 200 gram / square metre on the slab. Apply a coat of blown type bitumen grade 85/25 conforming to IS:702 heated to a working temperature of 180˚C and applied @ 1.20 Kg per square metre of the surface area. Provide and lay 4mm thick APP modified torch applied water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.00 Kg per square meter reinforced with non woven polyester matt, weighing not less than 160gm/sqm having softening point not less than 140˚C, Longitudinal tensile strength not less than 650 N/5 CM, tear strength of 180N(Min), a static puncture resistance of 180, keeping a minimum of 10 cm over laps and 15cm end lap over the RCC slab above expansion joint.(iv) Provide and lay 4mm thick APP modified torch applied water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.00 Kg per square meter reinforced with non woven polyester matt, weighing not less than 160gm/sqm having softening point not less than 140˚C, Longitudinal tensile strength not less than 650 N/5 CM, tear strength of 180N(Min), a static puncture resistance of 180, keeping a minimum of 10 cm over laps and 15cm end lap over the RCC mother slab on both sides expansion joint.(v) 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 with liquid water proofing compound.(vi) Apply a coat of blown type bitumen grade 85/25 conforming to IS:702 heated to a working temperature of 180˚C and applied @ 1.20 Kg per square metre of the surface area. Provide and lay 4mm thick APP modified torch applied water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.00 Kg per square meter reinforced with non woven polyester matt, weighing not less than 160gm/sqm having softening point not less than 140˚C, Longitudinal tensile strength not less than 650 N/5 CM, tear strength of 180N(Min), a static puncture resistance of 180, keeping a minimum of 10 cm overlaps and 15cm end lap over RCC surface including 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:3 with liquid WPC. |
