S&F electric water heater, storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 kW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostat, NRV, connection piece etc including hot and cold water connection pipe and all the fitting arrangements, nuts,bolts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiringwith 2 runs of 4 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded single core copper conductor FRLSH, ISI marked cable drawn through ISI Marked, medium grade, non metallic,PVC conduits and all accessories, concealed wiring including cutting chasis except beam and RCCroof andwith 1 run of 4 Sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded single core copper conductor FRLSH, and making good disturbed surfaces, applying distemper / emulsions matching to the existing colour / quality of walls/floors/ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed.Note:- Three run of cable and one run of PVC conduits shall be measured as one unit.
