| 1 | Comprehensive maintenance/ repair and periodical servicing through AMC (of Platinum standards) of 13 Passanger (884kg) Lift, G+6 floor, 07 Openings,Make -JOHNSON, Location - Type II(A) Building at ICGS Krishnapatnam.Note :- a)The Maintenance of the lifts shall be done through OEM or firm authorized by the OEM only. The contractor submit the MOU from OEM or their authorized / accedited agency for each lift.It is an express condition of the contract that, tenderers shall upload the MoU between contractor & OEM at the time of submission of technical bid in this regard duly signed by all concerned. The documents of MoU between contractor & OEM shall be Registered/ Notarised and the same will be produced alongwith tender documents. If MoU not submitted, tender will be rejected durin technical evaluation.b) The parts being replaced /repaired shall be genuine and from Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and approved by GE (I) (CG) Vizag. The fixing charges of all parts under repair/ replace shall deemed included in quoted rate. c) All warn out parts, wiring, controllers and gears liner will be inclusive in unit rate under AMC and department will not be liable for any extra cost for spares except items mentioned below in this schedule.d) All software update required for smooth functioning of Lift shall be undertaken by the OEM only.e)Monthly periodical servicing of each lift to be carried out by Company technician and records/logbook shall be maintained at Engineer-in charge. |
