| 3 | Material and labour for n exc 75mm thick bituminous macadam laid/ rolled and compacted to by using 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to required camber and gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using Hot Mix Plant & Mechanical Paver with @4% (paving bitumen (VG 30 grade) binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted by using8 to 10 tonne power road roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.Note:- Soft stones such as lime stones, sand stones, slate stones etc will not be allowed to be incorporaeted in the work. |
| 4 | Material and labour for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc applying evenly a priming/tack coat of VG-10 grade paving bituminous primer at 2.5 Kg per 10 sqm with mechanical spray complete all as specified and directed. |
| 5 | Material and labour for laying consolidating bituminious Premix asphaltic semi dense concrete, 30mm consolidatedthickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix by using paving bitumen (VG-30 Grade) any penetration rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient etc with mechanical paver and rolled with 8 to 12 Tonne power reller and all as directed complete. |
| 6 | Material and labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking paint 2.5mm thick width nexc 15 cm with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint like stop lines, dashes, arrows etc of approved colour conforming to BS 3262-1989 with 20% glass beads (Intermixed) spread and laidby automatic mechanical machine engine at approx temprature of 160 degree celcius with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 7 | Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of Model Number DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable sizeas per manufacturers instructions including taking out old cat eyes and removal from site etc all as specified and as directed. |

| 14 | Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parkingetc., of required strength, thickness and size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed. |
