| 1 | M&L for carrying out the repairs to transformer,step down,11/0.433 kV , 315 to 400KVA of make Volt Amp at existing position on platform after disconnection of HT/LT connections & earthing lead , opening of transformer cover plate, taking down of transformer oil to a level as required and kept in clean and dry container for re use at same time , repairing/overhauling to the defective parts/components including replacement of unserviceable parts as directed, making connection of the transformer after repair , topping of the tankwith the same transformer oil,dehydrated old oil with new oil as required/directed and testing the transformer all as specified and directed.NOTE The quoted rate shall be deemed to include labour component for all repairs/replacements, other elements etc to make the transformer fully functional and serviceable to the entire satisfaction of Engr in charge. However the payment for the items as included required ordered and executed shall be paid seperately, as supply only in relevant items. |
| 2 | M & L Vaccum dehydration with hot filteration plant of old transformer oil at different locations ,after filteration dielectric strength shall not be less than 55kV in 2.5mm gap electrode,complete all as specified and directed. Note:-The contractor shall submit necessary test report for dielectric strength before dehydration as well as after dehydration from CPRI/Govt Approved lab as per relevant IS. The contractor\"s quoted rate shall also be deemed to include for this element. Note- transformer oil after dehydration shall be measured and considered for the payment under the above item. |
| 3 | Supply only new transformer oil in non-returnable containers including testing of parameters from Govt authorised laboratory as per IS: 335:1993of any capacity at different locations,complete all as specified and as directed.Note- The dielectric strength of transformer oil shall not be less than 55kV in 2.5mm gap electrode. |
