Repair of Rubber lining of Stack A & B (height 25 m) atNP Plant FACT - CD, during ATA 2026, with pre-vulcanized natural rubber calendared sheets to a thickness of 5mm.Work Involves: Pre-vulcanized natural rubber calendared sheets 2.5mm thick suitable for cold bonding, with required adhesives, solvents, curing agent etc. shall be supplied. Packing, forwarding, transportation, loading / unloading and storage at FACT Cochin Division site, Ambalamedu, shall be done. Scaffoldings should be arranged for height 25 m with proper pipes and clamps as per IS standard for inspection by engineer in charge. Damaged portion ofrubber lining shall be removed as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge and surface preparation shall be done by using propermechanical method such as chipping / grinding /buffing/sand blasting/shot blasting etc.Rubber lining / application shall be done with pre-vulcanized natural rubber calendared sheets to a thickness of 5mm in two layers of 2.5mm thick each by cold bonding method as per the standards for the rubber lining works on Stack A & B in theNP Plant FACT - CD, during ATA 2026. Rubber lining shall be carried out as per theSpecial conditions of contract, General Conditions of Contract and specification sheets attached. Cold bonding / curing, inspection, testing, site supervision, and safety requirements shall be done as per attached specification sheet No. 030A of FACT -CD.
