| 1 | Replacement of Damaged Structural Supports and Deck Plates in Gypsum Series Conveyors in PA Plant During ATA 2026 |
| 2 | Fabrication,Repair and Replacement of Damaged Structurals Supports of Gypsum Series Conveyors InPA Plant:Collection of required materials from FACT -CD stores / plant area and transport to the work site. Make necessary site arrangements for the work. The damaged structurals of gypsum conveyors mainly head/tail/snub/bend pulley supports and associated structures/ foundations,discharge chute area structures and supports, main bed membersof conveyors and supports, vertical supports, main supports from ground and its members and any other structurals in connection with the conveyors shall be cut and removed as per site instructions. Required temporary supports shall be provided. New structures and foundations shall be fabricated and erected to meet site requirement. Erected structurals shall be full welded.Any patch work on thre chute shall also be done with suitable material by the contractor as per site instruction. Cleats for return idlers, positioning of idler frames shall be done as per original design. The replaced structurals shall be painted with 2 coats of zinc chromate yellow primer and 2 coats of enamel paint after required surface cleaning. The scope of supply of paints, primer and assosiated consumables shall be in contractor\"s scope. Damaged structurals shall be transported to scrap yard/area earmarked as per the instruction from site in charge. |
| 3 | Fabrication and Replacement of Damaged Deck Plates of G3 and G4 ConveyorsCollect required tools,tackels and materials for the work. Mark and cut and fabricate deck plates for G3/G4 conveyors out of 3/3.15mm SS/MS plate,size to suit exixting site condition. Release the belt tension at site after getting process clearence. Dismantle the troughing idler/self aligning frames and idlers. Cut and remove the damaged deck plates. Mount the new deck plate in position and weld it to main beam. Erect the troughing idler frames as per original design and fix it in position by welding/bolting.Mount back the idlers. Return idlers shall also be mounted in position. After the complete work release the conveyor belt to original tension. Scrap/damaged plates/beam shall be transported to scrapyard. |
