| 9 | Providing and fixing double scaffolding system for all type of works using 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical joining with cup & lock system including necessary working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners,connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge (The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding). |

| 11 | Cement plastering with CM 1:4, 15 mm thick one coat floated hard and trowelled smooth at all levels,includind cost of cement. |
| 12 | Polishing of doors , windows, cup boards, furnitures etc at all heights by (1) cleaning the old surface well after removing the old polished surface and sand papering to get smooth finish (2) Applying wood sealer of M/s. Asian or Berger, two coats after filling the voids/cracks with suitable filler if required (3) Applying 2 coats of polish \"Touch wood\" or equivalent to obtain smooth finish. Rate shall also include charges for necessary scaffolding works at site. Care shall be taken to cover all the glass surface before polishing and remove the same after polishing. |
| 13 | Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. |

| 17 | Painting with one coat of zinc chromate yellow metal primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint using approved brand & quality at all heightsafter cleaning the surface including cost of all paint and materials, labour charges, scaffolding charges etc.complete as per deptl instructions |
