| 1 | Supply of 500W SMD LED Floodlight fixture with System efficacy of 130 lm/W (65000 lumens). Luminaire shall be made up of LM6/ADC12Alloy, non-corrosive, pure polyster power coated die cast Aluminium housing with PC lens. Lumianire should be of dimension 372mm x 372 mm x120mm height ± 10mm height and the approximate weight should be within the 14.0Kg ± 0.5Kg. Luminaire should be available with 15°, 30° and 60°beam angle option. Luminaire should be made of two individual modules of maximum 250W each. All external hardware must be of SS304 grade.LM 80-08 compliant LEDs of EMC/ceramic package of wattage of 1W-3W from reputed makes such as Nichia/Cree/ Bridgelux/ Lumiled/Osram/Seoul should be provided. LEDs used in the product shall comply with EN 62471 for Photo-biological safety and certificate for the same frommanufacturer shall be provided. Maximum LENS dome top temperature shall be less than 95°C at 45°C ambient temperature. Luminaire shall be withIP66 and IK08 protection. The LED shall be compliant with LM80-08 standard with L70 life of 50000 Hrs tested at maximum current (Complete LM80 test report for LED should be submitted for 10000 hrs of testing). The LEDs used should be with CCT of 5700 K, CRI of Minimum 70 and SDCM< 5. MCPCB with Aluminium core and copper thickeness of 35 micron to be used for LED mounting. Single Driver of DMX Enabled, shall be potted type, Integral / Non Integral type, APFC Constant Current operated driver with range 140-280V AC. Driver Efficiency > 85% & 5 KV internal surgeprotection with additional 10KV SPD, Power factor greater than 0.95 and total harmonic distortion (THD) of less than 10% should be integral to theluminaire. LED Driver must have short circuit, open circuit, Auto cut-off protection for low and high input voltage. Individual drivers should beprovided with individual modules along with ventilated enclousure to hide the wirings. Driver must be with Aluminium casing. Manufacturer shallhave inhouse lab approved by NABL or ministry of science of govt of India. LM 79 and LM80 reports need to be submitted from a NABL/ULaccredited lab to verify above parameters. Compliance to Indian Standards of IS10322 Part 5 / Sect 5:1967; 16105 : 2012; IS 16106 : 2012; IS15885 (Part2/Sec13) : 2012; IS 16108 : 2012. |

| 3 | Design , Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 12M Octagonal Pole with its accessories, hot dip galvanized and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875. It shall be suitable for mounting 3 Nos. of 400W Sports flood light as mentioned in Item no. 1, for achieving suitable lux along with other lighting parametes like uniformity , Glare etc. as specified in tender . Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates and Design and casting of suitable shallow foundation with M-25 concrete for the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/Sqmtr at suitable depth. The Contractor shall submit prototype test report for saftey of high mast pole along with required number of light fitting and head frame along with foundation & Design with all supporting calculation and specifications as mentioned in NIT for Skating Rink. |
