Tender For Annual Maintenance Contract Of Air Conditioning System Of Operator Cabin Of Cat D11t Dozer Sl. No-661 And 668 And 992K Payloader Sl. No-Zmx00642 Working In Khadia Project For 730 Days.
Scope of Work/Technical Specifications etc.1. To carry out periodic/ scheduled inspection and maintenance of entire cabin AC system as per the check sheet and OEM recommendations in each equipment twice in a month.2. Attend & rectify minor breakdown / repair if any within 24 hrs of complaint. To change/ clean AC filters, compressor oil as and when required or as per maintenance manual .3. To do leakage test using Nitrogen, refill the refrigerant gas if any leakages and rectifying the cause.4. To check sub parts of AC system such as compressor, evaporator, blower assy., thermostat, fuse, electrical connections, AC belt etc. on regular basis and ensure their proper working so as to ensure comprehensive good cooling is provided by A.C.s reliability. To change/repair any sub part if it malfunctions.5. To ensure working of both Cooling as well as Heating Systems throughout the contract period.6. All tools and tackles shall be provided by the AMC holder.7. Planning of Spares for repair and maintenance to be procured and provided by project /NCL shall be required to be done by AMC holder.8. If a Machine remains breakdown for a complete month, no payment shall be made for that machine in that particular months.
