| 2 | Shifting of the above Package AC panelsi/c all accessories and associated items from Package AC Room to the Switch Room i/c keeping it at a suitable position with the help of required tools, plant and labour i/c making good the damages etc complete as required. |
| 3 | Dismantling of the existing portions of GI ducts with the help of required tools and plants etc complete as required. |
| 4 | Dismantling of the existing LT Panel installed in the Package AC Room after disconnection of power supply and removing the input and output cables etc complete as required. |
| 5 | Dismantling of the different size input and output LT Cable laid on wall/surface/MS Tray i/c hangers hanged from the ceiling for cable tray/duct supports etc with the help of required tools and plants etc complete as required. |
| 6 | Dismantling the existing Split AC units i.e. indoor unit, outdoor unit, copper pipes, cables and starters etc. as required and shifting to the other rooms/storage locationsof the same building etc. as required. |
| 7 | Relaying of the LT cable of 120 sq mm size on surface/MS tray i/c making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium sockets etc complete as required. |
| 8 | Installation , testing , & commissioning of the above LT Panel in the First Floor i/c grouting nut bolt , minor civil work etc complete as required. |
| 9 | Installation , testing , & commissioning of 1.5 TR Inverter Split A.C. Unit, mounting / Fixing of indoor & outdoor unit ,fixing of refrigerant piping withexpanded polythene foam insulation, suitable size PVC pipe in wall crossings, laying ofcable for interconnectionsand laying drain pipe of standard lengthwhich is supply along with AC unit, minor civil worki/c making holes on wall for laying refrigerant pipe lines, control cable and drain pipesand closing the extra openings with cement sand, making good the damages etc. asreqd. |
| 10 | Providing and laying of additional drain pipe of size 20mm dia PVC braided/ solid (M class-ISI) along with all accessories and fixing on surface of wall with PVC saddles (if required) suitable for drainage ofcondensatewater etc. as reqd. |
| 11 | Replacement of damaged refrigerant pipe lines of Split AC units by newrefrigerant copper pipe for suction & discharge line (size not less than 1/4\" & 1/2\" dia ) or as recommended by the manufacturer along with expanded polythene foam insulationi/c cutting ,brazing /making jointetc as reqd. The measurement shall be taken on linear basis for one circuit which includes suction & discharge line & foam insulation. |
