| 1 | Excavation in trenches in Soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth and getting out for taking out / laying of GIpipe line and making bottom surfaces of excavationlevelled and to a gradient.Note:(i) During excavation to pipe line, if any damage occurs to other pipe line/electric line/ communication line etc at site, the contractor will be solely responsible to repair without any extra cost. If the contractor does not repairs the same,then damage charges for getting the same repaired through other resources shall be recovered fromrunning payment/final bill of contractor as per direction of Accepting officer.(ii) Tenderer is requested for site visit before quoting the tender for assessment of Old Pipeline route and credit sch. |

| 18 | M & L for of Ductile Iron K-7 classSpecial fitting ofIS 9523 any typespigot and socket ends or flanged pipe with jointing ring/material as required at site (such as bend, taper, Tee, flange, socket, coller, Reducer, angled branch etc) Socket end/ flanged as ordered of 100mm dia complete all as directed. Note:-(i) The weight of the fittings shall be measured and paid as given in relevant IS or actually provided which ever is less.(ii) All fittings shall bear relevant IS stamping marking.(iii) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.(iv)Cost of the joints and jointing materials shall be deemed to be included in the relevant items of DI pipes here-in-before. |
| 19 | Dismantling the drain,footpath any type and any width during replacement of damaged GI pipe line of size 25 mm, and making good the surface as per existing by using bricks, stone, paved bricks,Sahibabad tilesall as specified and directed.Note : (i) The rate of bricks, stone, paved bricks,Sahibabad tiles, cement , sand, stone aggregates are deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (ii) If the contractor not repairingthe patches then the total repaired cost including penalty @ 25% of repairing costis calculated andthe amount should get recovered from the contractor\"s Bill. |
| 20 | Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm as earthing lead buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 mtr below GL with the top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr from GL, connected to GI earth lead of 4.0mm dia, by means of bolts & nuts, to GI and connected to earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I of 2009* specified or indicated and testing on completion including excavation / earth work in any type of starta, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 earthing chamber pre cast slab 50 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) weight not less than 4 KG/sqm cast iron frame, funnel with wire mesh GI watering pipe of 20 mm bore medium grade and lugs with and including GI earth wire 4 mm dia with GI protection pipe of 15 mm medium grade 7.5 meter long etc complete tested on completion all as specified and directed.Note: 1. Rate quoted shall deemed to include cost of excavation in any type of strata, RFR and removal upto 50metre, PCC pit, funnel and RCC cover plate. 2. GI wire above 7.5m will be measured and paid seperately. |
