1	Comprehensive Maintenance/ Repair and servicing of Mechanical laundry machines installed at Base Hospital, Delhi Cantt-10, electrically operated , to provide trouble free service to the users for24 hours including Sunday / holidays such as function ofall controlling relays, Sensors , Valves etc.completeall as specified and as directed. AMC shall be got done by the contractor through OEM / authorised service agents of OEM only. The Contractor will not be at liberty to change the authorised service agent subsequently without concurrence of the Department. The Contractor shall have MOU from OEM i.e. M/s Fabcare / authorised service agents of OEM only and shall produce the same to the department before commencement of work. There is no maximum limit for inspection and Testing /Attanding breakdowns as per site condtions / as specified by department. Quoted rate includes Inspection and Testing of equipments during breakdown / On call basis for making the system/ Plant functional as per OEM standards, No extra payment will be done forsame. An MOU between OEM (M/S Fabcare)/ authorised service agents of OEM and contractor shall be uploaded while uploading tender Documents.Details of machines as follows:-

3	Note :-Scope of work Include following:-(a) Conduct the routine checking of all Machines once in month or as when required as per breakdown/Trouble shooting as required at site including necessary T & P. (b) Generate reports about condition of machine and listout the spare parts if required, to be replaced. Contractor submit monthly inspection report of all machines inspected by OEM or authorised service agency.(c) Replacement of minor spare parts like indicating lamps in panel boards, switches, push button, Small piece of control panel wire , cleaning of panel boards,Buffing of Steel surface and general cleaning of all laundry machines, controlling relay, sensors, checking of machine as per electrical/ mechanical aspect etc as required to make system functional. (d) Contractor has to arrange necessary T & P as per scope of work .(e) Contractor has to arrange necessaty T & P for repair work as per scope of work.(f) Contractor has to attend the complaints from Department with in 24 Hrs irrespective of Sunday/ Holiday /nature of complaints.
4	(g) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be included the elements of labour and minor repair for rectifying and making the machine functional. If replacements of parts / items is required to make the equipment/machinefunctional the cost of labour and material for the same shall be measured and paid for as \" S & F in repairs\" under relevant items of this schedule here in after.(h) If brekdown will not be attended & rectified on same day as recived by the contrcator, the damage will be made @Rs 500/- per breakdown per Hr on first day & will be multiplied day by day till the rectification. (j) All the necessary parts for functioning of machine has been catered in this schedule from item No. 2.00 to 215.00 but if any part/ parts is left the same shall be deem included in quoted rate under here-in-before item no. 1.00

232	Supply and fix in replcement vaccume press paddle of Fab care make of suitabl size as required at site complete in all aspect all as specified and as directed.The material should be supplied by the OEM only.
233	Note : All spare parts from item No. 2.00 to 229.00 should be M/s Fabcare and also work done by OEM (M/s Fabcare) or Authorised service agents only.
