(q) Check & clean Starter assy/Charging Alternator/Turbo Charger/Fuel Pump & Nozzles/Lube Oil Cooler/Thermostat/Water Pump assy/AVR etc.(r) Check Hinges & Lock, replace if required.(s) Check Stop Solenoid, replace if required.(t) Check Main AC Alternator winding.(u) Check Engine/Alternator performance etc. |
| 2 | NOTE :1) Relevant spares/items/materials required for the above mentioned repair/servicing job shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only. Minor spares/repairs, nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets, indicating lamps etc. required for proper functioning of DG Sets/AMF/Control Panels. Decision of GE/Engr-In-Chrarge w.r.t. incorporation of Major/Minor spares/repairs shall be final & binding.2) DG maint/servicing/repair job to be executed only through auth Service Dealer of OEM/Channel Partner & Certificate regarding the same to be submitted after completion of the work/job. 3) Rep of auth Service Dealer of OEM/Channel Partner must visit the site/DG Sets & accordingly submit detailed Maint/Servicing program/schedule as per the convenience of the Dept. It may happen that on scheduled dates/time it is not possible to allow the service team to work depending upon electrical breakdowns/VIP visits etc. |
| 3 | Attending emergency breakdowns/faults of DG Sets on call of all capacities incl inbuilt control panels & AMF panels etc. complete all & specified & as directed to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge. |
| 4 | NOTE :i) Relevant spares/items/materials required for the above mentioned attending breakdown/rectification job shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only. Minor spares/repairs, nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets, indicating lamps etc. required for defect rectification & proper functioning of DG Sets/AMF/Control Panels. Decision of GE/Engr-In-Chrarge w.r.t. incorporation of Major/Minor spares/repairs shall be final & binding.ii) Attending breakdown job to be executed only through auth Service Dealer of OEM/Channel Partner.iii) Penalty shall be charged @ Rs. 1000/- per Day for not attending the same within 6 Hrs of telephonic/electronic intimation. |
