Fixing of Wooden Book Shelves: Supplying and fixing in position wall mounted Wooden Book Shelves made by using well-seasoned first class Wild jack wood (free from knots) with 22mm thick wooden planks for sides & shelves and 12mm thick for back side. All the internal and external surfaces of the wood should be treated with sanding sealer mixed with Thinner and finished with 2 coats of Interior grade matt finish coating over 2 coats of polyurethane Interior grade sealer using polyurethane thinner to provide Anti-scartch and anti-stain properties (second coat of polish to be applied after drying of first coat) of approved make and colour to give good finish. All the wood section mentioned are finished size & work should be completed as per the detailed Drawing, Specification and direction of Engineer in charge.
