| 8 | Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars. |

| 10 | Coursed rubble masonry of boundary wall in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) with hard stone (first sort) in superstructure above plinth level etc complete. |
| 11 | Provision for Coping with 50 mm thick sand stone on top of wall with 20 mm. thick bed ofmortar of ratio 1:6 cement and c sand . Coping stone to be laid with fine dressing and making side end as semi circular shap (Bull nose type) etc complete including all the labour material and T&P required proper completion of work at the site. |
| 12 | Supply and fixing of MS grill fencing on the boundary wall for safety and security of the site with MS angle 40x40x5mm vertical post and same size angle horizontal support of top middle and bottom for adjoining the frame 16mm dia bar witharrow headed on top and placed vertically at a distance of 100mm c/c and fixed together by nut boltetc complete as per design/drawing attached. (Grill Panel size 1.50 x 1.20 mtr). |

| 14 | Flush pointing on stone work of boundary wall with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) including racking, cleaning and washing out joints etc complete. |
| 15 | Applying priming coat with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel works. |
| 16 | Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture. |
| 17 | Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m etc complete. |
| 18 | Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m-All kind of soil. |
| 19 | Provision for in environment development around fort as City forest by plantation of trees as decided by the department. Including excavation of plantation pit, filling of soil with compost and plantation including all the labour, material and T&P Required proper completion of work at the site. |
