Provision for deep cleaning and sweeping, including the removal and disposal of all wild vegetation (e.g., jungle shrubs and bushes) within the designated conservation work area. This work is essential for preparing the site, establishing the working space, and creating suitable areas for material stacking and storage. The rate shall be inclusive of all labor, tools, equipment, and disposal charges.

Excavation of dumped soil mixed with brick bats, including the required effort for separating and collecting serviceable material and stacking it up to a 50 m lead & lift upto 15m, with all incidental costs for removing the excavated soil and disposal of surplus material as directed, within a 50m lead etc. complete.

Provision for taking out the buldged, loose and out of plumb old and decayed bricks masnory due to back thrust by earth in mud mortar including sorting out and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of Melba by head load within lead of 50 mtrs. and lift down up to 12 mtrs. etc. complete.

Providing and laying 1:1:1 lime concrete (1 Lime: 1 Coarse Sand: 1 Surkhi) with 50% mortar mixed with brick agg. (20mm to 40mm gauge) on top & foundation including curring etc. complete

The restoration of the fortification wall and bastion masonry, including labor and materials, is to be executed using a 1:1:1 Lime: Sand: Surkhi combination mortar with traditional adhesive, strictly incorporating 60% collected Lakhori brick from the fort premises (up to 1 km lead) and 40% new tile brick of size 0.23x0.11x0.04 as directed by the site in-charge.

Provision for recesses pointing on the face of the Bastion & Fortification walls with lime combination mortar of 1:1:1 (1 Lime : 1 C. sand : 1surkhi) including racking, cleaning the joints & exposing the grains of mortar etc. complete

Provision for filling the eroded soil mixed with brick bats on the bottom of the Bastions & Fortification wall by using good earth, including collection of dumped soil from the premises and all leads up to 1 km (by manual/mechanical rickshaw/donkey), spreading in layers, ramming, compacting and watering, all complete

Provision for errecting & dismantling of three legged scaffolding during the execution of work including cost of all materials/Labours etc. complete

Provision for supply of water by water tanker from water source to site work for execution of work approx lead 7km (5000 liter capacity).
