Running Maintenance and Operation of Addressable type Fire Alarm System & Fire Fighting System with all allied accessories including routine and preventive maintenance. Details of installations are given in Annexure-A&B. Schedule for routine and preventive maintenance is given in Annexure-C&D. Operation shall be done by deploying 1 No. Operator cum Technician & 1 No. Khallasi in each shift (total 2 shifts) etc. as required.

Servicing of following pumps i/c replacement of minor burnt/defective items connection testing etc. complete as required.a)Main fire pump of capacity 75 HP (55KW)

d) driven pump of capacity 2280 lpm & 70 M

e) Terrace pump 450 lpm & 35 M

Comprehensive maintenance of automatic addressable intelligent fire detection and alarm system including routine, preventive & breakdown maintenance of items such as control panel, optical smoke detectors, heat detectors, fault isolator, response indicators, hooter CKT control, hooters etc. as per inventory and additional condition attached.

Refilling & repainting of following type fire extinguisher installed in different location at Various Sports Complexes i/c testing etc complete as required.
