Comprehensive AMC of Hardware and Support for Desktop, Laptop & Printer other Peripherals considering “Scope of Work” as mentioned in the NIT / Tender Document at our Kolkata Office, Howrah Office & Howrah Works. Note: List of equipment to be considered under AMC, are mentioned in Tender document. ( FOR 36 MONTHS )

Deployment of 02 (Two) Resident Engineer (RE) for execution of above AMC as per aforesaid \"Scope of Work\" for all week days i.e. Monday to Saturday (except 2nd & 4th Saturday) from 09:30 HRS to 17:30 HRS. On emergency, RE will also execute AMC support beyond the aforesaid working period. Rate for deployment of full time RE shall be inclusive of Minimum wage(s), Leave wage(s), Festival Holidays, Gratuity, PF, ESI, Bonus, local transportation and other benefits as per statutory Rule. No other charges shall be paid extra. Agency will provide necessary tools and instruments to their aforesaid RE for the purpose of servicing the equipment covered by the said AMC contract. ( FOR 36 MONTHS )

Note : (i) Bidder shall submit their price ONLINE in given ‘BOQ’ format only.(ii) Blank field(s) of uploaded ‘BOQ sheet ‘will indicate that the same is/are either not applicable or included in Basic price(s).(iii) Quoting of price in any where of techno-commercial part ( Part-I) may lead to rejection of offer.(IV) Bidder should quote in both the spread sheet (AMC , DEPLOYMENT )
