| 2 | Power Cable: Providing, Laying, Clamping and Thimbling of new minimum 50sq mmx4 Core, PVC inner-sheathed, XLPE insulated aluminium armoured cable of Havells/Gloster/KEI/Polycab make from main electric panel to Servo and from servo to panel of 01No lift. Job includes proper laying and MS clamping of the cable along the walls & cable tray, thimbling the end terminals of the cable with thimbles and crimping them properly with the crimping tool and proper insulation. Complete job in all respects including cost of material, carriage, Skilled/unskilled labour charges, taxes etc. |
| 3 | Servo: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of minimum 25KVA Servo Motor controlled oil cooled digital microcontrolled Automatic Voltage Stabilizer to operate on un balanced 3 Phase load (Transformer oil to be cooling medium and shall be ISI marked IS-335 with latest amendments) and suitable to operate on unbalanced input phase voltage of 120 to 280 volts(phase to neutral), input voltage range 210-480V(phase to phase) and delivering voltage of 415 ± 1 %, 3 Phase, 50 Hz ± 3 % AC power supply. The stabilizer shall be copper wound in sheet steel case, duly painted and filled with transformer oil. The voltage stabilizer should have safety of single phase preventer and phase reversal. The voltage stabilizer should be provided with 3 phase Aluminium bus bar for connection of lifts, MCCB of minimum rating 100A-4P-50kA and on load change over switch of minimum 100A, 4P required to by-pass the voltage stabilizer. | 4 | Earthing:- Suitable chemical earthing to the lift motor, panel & servo by way of excavation of pit of proper size upto a depth of 03 meter, copper electrode in hard and soft soil followed by filling of required quantity of earthing chemical for each electrode and connection with GI strips. Job includes filling of pit with excavated soil and fitment of copper electrode with copper strips.
