Removing dry or oil bound distemper by a washing and scraping and sand papering the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete.

Applying two coats of putty & two coats of primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 Itr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm)

Providing of HydraulicJCB Breaker including driver usage rates, including ownership charges, cost of repairs and maintenance running & operation charges which include fuel & lubricants with on hire charges or rent basis as and when required etc. complete for M & R of roads in Daman District as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (for dismantling work)

Providing and fixing Green net size of 10 ft. height as direction by Engineer in charge.

Providing and supplying Convence Miror size of 1000 mm dia as direction by Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying river / polished Kota stone slab flooring over 20mm (Average) thick base of cement mortar 1:6 (1-cement : 6-coarse sand) or L.M. 1.1.5 laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry including rubbing and polishing etc. complete. (B) 30 mm thick

Providing and laying of epoxy filling in kota stone grooves as directed by Engineer in charge.

Removing and refixing paver block with stone dust upto 10 cm thickness including levelling and filling gaps by white river sand etc. completed as direction by Engineer in charge.

Excavation for foundation upto 1.5 m depth including sorting out and stacking of useful materials and disposing off the excavated stuff upto 50 Meter lead. (C) Hard Murrum

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1- Cement : 2- Coarse sand : 4- graded stone aggregates 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of formwork in (A) Foundation and Plinth

Supplying and fixing reinforced concrete heavy duty non-pressure pipes with collars for culverts carrying heavy traffic as per IS 458- 1991 specifications including setting the pipes in C.M. 1:2 watering and laying (to level or slopes) of class NP3 of following internal daimeters. (iii) 600mm dia.
