| 61 | i) The Plants shall be operated round the clock. The manpower shall be deputed as per requirement for efficient working of the plant. The minimum wages revised by Govt. after part B of the contract comes into effect, shall be reimbursed on actual basis. No contractor\"s profit shall be payble on the arrear due to revised minium wages. |
| 62 | ii). The Plants shall be restored within 48 hrs. in case of minor breakdown and 48 hrs. to one week in case of major breakdown, failing which necessasry action shall be taken as per tender conditions. |
| 63 | iii). Only electricity shall be provided free of cost, all other consumables, all major & minor spares shall be inclusive in the rate to run the plants uniterrupted. |
| 64 | iv). A technical person from manufacturer shall visit the plants qaurterly in order to assess the performance of plant and shall submit its report with all technical inputs to the Engineer -In- Charge. The rate quoted shall be inclusive of all expanses of the visit. |
