For payment of the items to be executed under Part-E[Any other Civil DSR 2023 for Calculation of rates (excluding GST) of DSR 2023 items, following Methodology issued by CPWD vide Office Memorendum (OM) dated 08.08.2024 have been adopted: As per CPWD OM the rates of individual items of DSR 2023 has been multiply with correction factor on account of GST @ 0.973 to the existing rate of DSR 2023 item in order to achieve modified DSR rate and then reduced the corrected rate by 18% for making DSR item excluding GST] & [DSR Items-DSR (E&M)-2025], the rates of the DSR shall be taken excluding of GST.
