| 5 | Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 6 | Providing and applying on external old surfaces of walls, chajjas etc.with One or more coats of Acrylic smooth exterior paint of approved quality Asian/ Nerolac/ Bergerand shade at all heights and levels, (applied at 0.90ltr (per 10 sqm) including preparation of the surfaces, necessary repairs toscratches filling up of the holes and cracks with approved filling material, scaffolding, arranging safety appliances,Insurance coverage to workerscuring etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. |
| 7 | Providing and applying One or more coats of ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of Asian/ Nerolac/ Berger or other approved make and shade over old surface of wood/steel work. Including the cost of scaffolding, cleaning, preparation of surfaces, necessary repairs to scratches/cracks with putty, arranging safety appliances, Insurance coverage to workers, all Complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer. |
| 8 | Providing and applying One or more coats of French spirit polish of approved make and shade over old surface of woodwork. Including the cost of cleaning, preparation of surfaces, necessary repairs to scratches/ cracks with approved filling material etc. Complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer. |
| 9 | Painting road surface marking with adequate no. of coats to give uniform finish with ready mixed road marking paint conforming to IS:164, on bituminous surface in white/yellow shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,scales,oil,grease and foreign material etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge. |
| 10 | Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge. |
| 11 | Providing and fixing Stickers of name letters (in English or upto trilingual) and models as required over acrylic/ wood/ steel surfaces etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. |
| 12 | Painting of tree trunks of all girths with white wash and geru in alternate bands up to a height of 1.20m to give a uniform finish etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge. |
