M&L for removing the existing damaged, peeled out floor treatment of any description (20mm average thickness) by mechanical / hand tools to expose the concrete surface and disposal of the rubbish from the Naval Dockyardcomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for surface preparation of the existing rough surfaces of concrete (after removal of existing flooring under item No 1 above) by means of mechanical grinding to achieve a rough, co-herent substrate having an excellent anchor profile, removing all the loose particles, dirt etc., clean with high pressure water jet and allow it to dry complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for application of bonding coat on the prepared old concrete surfaces of the jetty with two component epoxy based bonding agent Nitobond EP of Fosroc make or make as approved by GE for laying 20mm thickcementitious flooring system complete all as specified and directed.Make : Nitobond EP of Fosroc or make as approved by GE.

M&L for 20mm thick cementitious flooring system after application of epoxy based bonding agent on the prepared jetty floor with Nitoflor Levelcrete of Fosroc make or make as approved by GE having a compressive strength of 40Mpa complete all as specified and directed.Make : Nitoflor Levelcrete of Fosroc or make as approved by GE.

M&L For fixing injection grouting nozzle of suitable size and injecting grouting material, low viscosity epoxy based grouting material conbextra EP10 or make as approved by GE into the craces with pressure of 40 PSI mechanixcally including sealing the hole completely all as specified and directed.Note:conbextra EP10 or make as approved by GE epoxy grouting material shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply and low viscosity epoxy based injection grouting material complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for crack repairs by widening the cracks 0.25mm to 9mm wide, groove cutting to V shape in existing jetty slabs, cleaning out by removing loose particles by mechanical blower and application of Epoxy based primer Nitoprime 25 or make as approved by GE to the groove and allow it to dry and application of Epoxy putty Nito VF or make as approved by GE in the prepared groove after complete drying of the applied primer complete all as specified and directed.Make : Nitoprime 25 of Fosroc or make as approved by GE.

M&L for patch repair in concrete surfaces of any depth as requiredwith shrinkage controlled polymer modified fibre reinforced cementitious patch repair mortar Renderoc SP40 of Fosroc make or make as approved by GE having a compressive strength of 45 Mpa over a coat of Nitobond SBR or make as approved by GE on the base surfaces includung taking out the old loose concrete complete all as specified and directed.Note : 25 Kg of Renderoc SP40 bag ready to use at site by mixing with water at 4.25 Ltr per bag shall be used for patch repairs in concrete.Make : Renderoc SP40 of Fosroc or make as approved by GE.

M&L for preparation of construction joint grooves of size 25 mm X 20 mm, application of primer to the groove, inserting breaker rod in the groove and finally sealing the groove with Polyuretheane based flooring sealent Colpor 200 of Fosroc make or make as approved by GE and finishing complete all as specified and directed.
