| 1 | Cleaning of the chocked/blocked sewage lines of any bore through mechanically by Jet Machine or any mechanical means between manholes and removing muck sludge/silt/liquid mud etc (incl foul position) from pipes including taking down cover slab of any type, thickness and size carefully and refixing in same position after necessary cleaning and removing the cleaned sludge out side of MD land in sealed containers, all as specified and directed : not exceeding1.50 m depth. |

| 4 | M&L Dewatering Sewage Water and Taking out accumulated Night Soils, Sludges, Brick Bats or any other Materials from septic tankmechanically by HCV Mounted Suction Discharge Machine having Blow Back Facility with Sludge Tank (minimum 2000 Litre capacity) from MANHOLES, SEPTIC TANKS, etc., (Depth not exc. 1.50 METRE) as required to keep Complete Sewage System Functional and To avoid any Over Flowing including Removal and Dispossed off pumped out Sewage Water, Sludges in any form or any other Materials, etc. to Outside of Defence Land to a distance exc. 500 METRE and not exc. 1.00 KM and burried Under Ground (minimum 45 Cm covered with Soils, Sprinkling Bleaching Powder @ 0.50 Kg/Sqm on deposited Sludges at Earth Pit as ordered by JE and/or Engineer-in-Charge so as to keep the Whole Station Area Pollution Free, complete all as specified and as directed.NOTE :-(a) The Item is Measurable/Operative only ONCE during the entire Contract Period.Any additional Cleaning if rquired, Contractor will Cleaning the same without any Extra Cost to the Department.(b) Each Trip of Tanker to be taken Outside of MD Land in presence of JE in-Charge.(c) Cost of Bleaching Powder, Bamboo Matting, all necessary Earth Works, any other Materials and T&P, etc. as required for Cleaning and Removal will deem to be included in the QUOTED UNIT RATE. |

| 42 | Supply And Fixing Designer OutdoorCeremic wall Tiles of size 300X600mm or 300x450mm and thickness 6-8mm ofapproved shadeand pattern including providing and applying C-2 Grade adhesive having coverage area 3.00-4.00Kg per Sqm,filling the joints of tiles with eppoxy /polymer-modified grout 3-5mm thick including taking down the existing cement plaster/loose materials and applying bonding coats, if required on the direction of Engr-in-Charge/JE-in-Charge conforming IS-15622, Complete all as specified and directed Note for Item No 1 to 42: - (a) The contractor shallemployee adequate numbers of of tradesman/labour for timely completion of the complaint as per time frame given below :-(i) Priority-I : Complaints pertains to blockage of WC/EWC upto first manhole and blockage Kitchen Traps/WHB Floor traps etc will be attended on priority-I and the same will be completed within 4 to 8 hrs. (ii) Priority-II : Complaints pertains to major leakage of sewage water and dewatering the stagginated water will be attended on priority-II and the same will be completed within 24 hrs. (iii) Priority-III : Complaints pertains to renewal/replacement of sewage line/gutters will be attended on priority-III and the same will be completed within one week. (iv) Contractor or his supervisor shall collect the complaint/job cardfrom JE concerned between 0900 hrs to 1000 hrs on all working days and deposited the same after completion of job duly signed by user/occupants on next day. (v) Summary of complaints will preparedby the contractor and put up to Engineer-in-Charge last date of every month. (vi) If contractor shall not attend the complaint as per time frame given in Para (i) to (iii), Rs 50/- per complaint per hour per day for Seial No (ii) & (iii) above will be recovered from the RAR/Final bill.(vii) The contractor shall employee 02 Nos of Safaiwala for cleaning and clearing the blockage of sewage line. The attendance of Safaiwala shall be maintained by the supervisor of contractor to attendence register duly signed by JE & Contractor concern axcept sunday and holiday. |
