The AMC of the Solar Plant shall include the following scope :(a) Module washing fortnightly Minimum one time a month or more frequent if required failing which penalty of Rs 100 per day per loc will be applicable the time of delay.(b) Generation Monitoring and intimation & corrective action within 24 hrs failing which penalty Rs 100 per day per loc.(c) Checking and identify Hotspot on module (white dots/Brown colour) on fortnightly basis.(d) Checking of module damages/cracks (Make - Jakson or equivalent as approved by GE.) fortnightly and written fortnightly intimation failing which penalty per loc of Rs 500.(e) Checking of temporary shadow on Modules and trimming of trees on fortnightly basis within a diameter of 5 mtr from solar Module boundary.(f) Checking of all inverter of rating (20KW, Make: DELTA or equivalent as approved by GE.)parameters (VOC, AC DC Voltage, Power etc.) Quarterly and repairing fault, if any, and providing reports in writing to the Engr-in-Charge.(h) Visually check conditions of Inverter fans and bowerings. (j) Visually check conditions of ACDB and DCDB and report fault, if any in writing.(k) Visually checking of heating issue on termination point of all equipment\"s(l) All terminations gland conditions & cable stress(m) Checking of serviceability of SPD (Make -Jakson or equivalent as approved by GE.) (n) Checking of earthing of all connected equipment\"s and forwarding of earth reading on monthly basis in written form and ensuring proper earthing reading including maintenance & rectification of faults if any. |
