Dismantling of posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section embedded in concrete, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed groundall as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh, barbed wire any type complete all asspecified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soilcomplete all as specified and directed incl clearing all grass, vegetation, shrubs etc.

M& L for PCC (1:4:8), type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in posts (including caps & bases), foundations filling and sub base including formwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Providing high tensile pre-stress precast reinforced cement concrete Grade of ConcreteM-25as in columns, posts, boundary pillars, with smooth finish including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cementmortar 1:4 complete with joints to match as directed and approved by GE.(Note: The quoted rate shall be deemed to inclusive of cost ofhigh tensile carbonized steel wire dia 3 to 4mm, 07 Nos steel incl all form work)MAKE :Universal or any Equivalent

S & F50 mm thick high tensile pre-stress precast cement concrete M-25grade wall panel as incompound wall (both Side smooth Finish), planks/panels lockingeach otherlouvres and jallies as per approved design/patternsSet in cement mortar 1:4,(measured solid), includingall mouldings but excluding frame as directed asApproved by GE.(Note: The quoted rate shall be deemed to inclusive of cost of high tensile carbonized steel wire dia 3 to 4mm, 04 Nos steelincl all Form work) (Note: columns/ poles will be measured seperately)MAKE : Universal or any other Equivalent make as approved by GE

M & L for preparation of newsurfaces of walls and applying Two coat of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of exterior primer of any tint/colour to prepared external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/ cantilevers/ balcony etc including filling of holes with suitable filling compound complete all as specified and directed.
