| 4 | Note for item No. 2 &3 :-1 Contractor may have to deploy more manpower in the particular area including all necessary T&P / equipmen to resolve the complaintwithin 06 hours of complaint received (on same day). 2.In case contractor fails to get the complaint rectified within 06 hours of complaint received, he shall be penalised for the same at a flat rate of Rs 200/- per complaint , in addition to cost incurred by the department for rectification of complaints from third party. 3. Proper records (date wise) of complaints received & rectified by the contractor shall be maintained and shall be produced for verification at the time of payment of each RAR/Bill. |
