| 4 | Note for item Nos. 2 to 3:- (i) The spares/electrical itemslisted here-in- after as supply only will be used whenever required and measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) The rate is inclusive of all items as required at siteexcept those itemsas given here-in-after to keep the lift operational round the clock including cleaning and greasing all moving parts on monthly basis complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) If spare parts of original make is not available in market necessary suitable spare equivalent to existing lift part as approved by Engineer-in-charge maybe used in the work so that to run the lift with smooth functioning(iv) Cost of renewal of lift license is deemed to be included in the quoted rate against Sl No 2 to 3.(v) Quoted rate includes testing of all lifts by Authorised Lift Inspector. (vi) Rs 1000/hr will be recovered if the complaint is not attended within 2 hrs of intimation.(vii) The above lifts shall be repaired through OEM or authorised agency of OEM only |
