| 8 | NOTES FOR ITEM NO 1:-(i) The quoted rates shall deem to include cost of sufficent/ required man power employed for the maintanance purpose, T&P used and other petty items such as cotton waste, kerosene, oil, nuts, bolts and washerss etc complete includinglabour cost for fixing spares etc.(ii)During maintanance, any spares required to be replaced shall be paid under respective items hereunder. Fixing charges of same are deemed to be included in quoted rate for maintenance of DG sets. If spares are not included hereunder,then department will provide the same free of cost for fixing.(iii)The contractor shall be liable to provide adequate number of mechanics if required during the maintenance/break down without any extra cost to government for smooth functioning of various DG sets. (iv)Contractor shall visit each DG set prior quoting the rate to know the current status of respective DG set No claim on whatsoever account shall be entertained during curreny of work. |
