| 1 | Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of pumping set centrifugal horizontal split casing type mounted on common base plate foundation having discharge 225Cum/Hr , 70 mtr head ,1450 RPM & Suction and delivery 200 mm x 150 mm directly coupled with and including electric motor minimum capacity of 75KW/100 HP, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, 1450 RPM complete including PCCfoundation, copper conductor cable of suitable size including protection flexible pipe for cable from starter to motor terminal, Suction line pipe CI & fitting flanged, Foot Valve, Pressure Guage and Air Vent pipe, Fitting Accessories required complete all as per manufacturer\"s recommendation/Design. Complete all as directed with all accessories and comprising of the following:-(a) Delivery line of pump set using flanged type DI pipe class k9/MS Pipe Heavy Grade of suitable size from pump to delivery header including DI flanged fitting/MS flanged fitting and joint with nuts, bolts, washers etc complete. (b) 06 runs of Single core cable PVC insulated copper conductor, multistranded, 1100 volts grade of suitable size drawn through and including PVC flexible pipe from motor to starter panel for each pump set complete connection with copper lugs, cable glands etc.(c) PCC foundation in CM 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate 20 cm above GL and 30 cm below GL including grouting of eye bolts nuts etc for pump set/motor of adequate size as per manufactureres reccommendations.(d) Common base frame suitable for above pump set as per manufacturers recommendation.Note :- (i) Cost of alignment with dial guage and making necessary adjustments including shim packing etc and NRV with each pump including jointing material shall deemed included in unit rate quoted by contractor.(ii) Sluice valve/NRV/Foot Valve of suitable size shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of Sch. |

| 3 | Supply and lay Pipes ERW Steel including specials, nominal dia 200 mm as per IS 3589 (1981) thickness 6.0 mm complete all as specified and directed. |
| 4 | Supply and fixing of star delta starter fully automatic suitable for 415V, AC supply system for three phase induction motor of capacity 100 HP complete all as specified and directed. |
| 5 | Supply and fix Foot Valve conforming to IS 4038, 200 mm (8”) dia complete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | Supply and fixing cast iron sluice valve PN 1.6(long body ) ISI marked confirming to IS:14846-2000 suitable for 200 mm bore pipe, flanged ends, drilled, stainless steel spindle, CI gate with brass ring, iron wheel handle, complete including jointing material such as nuts, bolts, washers and rubber sheet etc complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 7 | Supply and fixing cast iron sluice valve PN 1.6(long body ) ISI marked confirming to IS:14846-2000 suitable for 150 mm bore pipe, flanged ends, drilled, stainless steel spindle, CI gate with brass ring, iron wheel handle, complete including jointing material such as nuts, bolts, washers and rubber sheet etc complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 8 | Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed. |
