a. Repair of 200KVA Distribution Transformer:1. Disconnection of HT and LT power supply Cables of existing transformer.2. Removal/Uninstallation of existing transformer from site for repair.3. Supply & Installation of stand by transformer of suitable capacity (160KVA) with power connections (HT and LT cables), testing and commissioning including handling and transportation from vendor location to site.4. Handling and transportation of removed existing transformer to vendor location of repair from site.5. Removal of oil, HT and LT windings.6. Cleaning of transformer inside and outside as per standard measures.7. Rewinding of HT and LT windings with standard capacity and required quantity new double paper covered copper as per IS 1180(Part 1) and IS 2026.8. Re-Insulation of HT and LT windings as per standard measures.9. Supply and filling of new transformer oil of IS335 standard of required quantity (420 Litres).10. Measurement and record of winding parameters as per standard measures.11. Replacement of Silica gel breather.12. Replacement of Gaskets (top cover, oil level gauge, inspection cover, GOR, Tap Switch, conservator gasket). 13. All the joints are to be made waterproof and airtight with Silicone sealant to prevent moisture/water ingress.14. Replacement of oil level gauge glass, vent pipe.15. Disconnection of HT and LT power supply Cables of standby transformer. 16. Removal/Uninstallation of stand by transformer from site, Handling & transportation of removed stand by transformer from site to vendor location.17. Installation,testing and commissioning of repaired transformer at location with power connections (HT and LT cables) including handling and transportation from vendor location to site.18. Any other job not mentioned in the scope but needs to be done for successful commissioning of the transformer.

b. Repair/maintenance of 11KV/433V Switch yard:1. Removing of existing paint/dust of double pole structure of switchyard of 11KV/433V substation by emery/buffing process.2. Supply and painting of Red Oxide/Zinc oxide paint (2 Coats) for complete double pole structure.3. Supply and painting of Silver paint (2 Coats) conforming to IS Standards for the complete double pole structure.4. Repair of Air Break Switch wherever required for smooth operation.5. Supply and installation of suitable capacity lightning arrestors of required quantity.6. Repair/maintenance/replacement of any other item such as ACSR conductors, Insulators, nuts, bolts, washers and earth strips etc. of DP structure wherever required.7. Any other repair/maintenance/replacement not mentioned in the scope but needs to do for a complete finish of DP structure.8. Removal of existing barbed wire of the fencing structure.9. Supply and installation of barbed wire of required quantity on the fencing structure.10. Removing of existing paint/dust of fencing structure of switchyard of 11KV/433V substation by emery/buffing process.11. Supply and painting of Red Oxide/Zinc oxide paint (2 Coats) for complete fencing structure.12. Supply and painting of Silver paint (2 Coats) conforming to IS Standards for the complete fencing structure.
