| 7 | Providing, designing, sculpting, fabricating, supplying, transporting and fixing of Surya Namaskar Sculpture installation of overall approximate size 20 feet height and 25 feet diameter circular base, consisting of 12 numbers human figures of 5 feet height each, with accurate anatomical proportions and fluid postures, made using latest high-resolution 3D digital sculpting and 3D printing technology, followed by advanced mould making and FRP casting.The work shall include ultra-high detailing such as sharp muscle definition, natural cloth folds, refined facial features and finger positioning, enhanced aesthetic elements including graceful transitions between poses, lotus-petal carving on base and subtle sun-ray detailing.The base shall be fully customized as per site requirement and shall be suitable for provision of LED lighting, engraved mantras, logo/branding and other architectural features if required.The item includes complete painting, colouring, surface finishing, polishing, curing, all labour, materials, tools & plants, loading, unloading, transportation, erection, alignment, installation, testing and making the sculpture complete in all respects as per approved drawings, design and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Sample of all the materials to be consumed during the work shall be got approved by the Engineer-in-Charge before execution |
