Supply, fabrication and installation of 1.5 mm thick Z-shaped extruded aluminum louvers, spaced 75 mm apart, mounted on an 80 x 30 mm C-channel frame, complete with a heavy-duty bird screen, for use in AHUs and supply stream, in accordance with site requirements and detailed technical specifications.

Supply fabrication and installation of 22-Gauge GI ducting along with control damper, diffuser and grill at the WIP AHU room, 1st & 3rd floor office area of AVS. Installation shall be carried out using riveting and nut-bolting with dual-type fixing methods, along with MS angle, channel, hangers supports as required based on site conditions and technical specification.

Supply, cutting and installation of 25 mm thick closed-cell nitrile rubber insulation on newly fabricated GI duct surfaces, including all duct accessories such as flange boxes, angle boxes and joints. After insulation, all ducts shall be covered with 24-gauge aluminum cladding, which will be properly sealed, overlapped and securely fixed using rivets to ensure a durable, airtight finish.

Supply, fabrication and installation of flush-type double-skin doors with 0.8 mm thick powder-coated sheets on both sides, to be installed at the AVS AC plant as per site requirements. The internal structure will be made of GI sections, and the door frame will be constructed with GI sections of 1.2 mm thickness. PUF insulation will have a density of 40 ± 2 kg/m³, with flushed double-glazed toughened view glass of 5 mm thickness (Size: 400 mm x 800 mm). The door will be fitted with stainless steel hinges. Door Thickness: 42 mm.Door Accessories: Door lock, heavy-duty door closer, tower bolt, single handle with stainless steel push plate and automatic drop seal.Size: Double Door- 1750 mm (W) x 2180 mm (H), 80 mm frame thickness.
