The stainer pipe is to be safely cleaned using a buffing wire pick with pneumatic pressure, removing accumulated debris, sludge, or foreign material from inside the strainer pipe. Includes all machinery, such as the compressor, steel wire buffing wheel, winch, dysentery pipe, staging materials, and manpower. The work includes cleaning and repair of Valves in the intake well attached to the strainer pipes
