Engagement of Consultant for Conducting ADC, & Development Planning of SeniorExecutives at EIL:[Specifically refer Clause No. 2.0 of Scope of Work for details]PART A (90 batches): Assessment & Development Centre (ADC) ADC shall be conducted for a batch of 10-12 participants, either in offline mode or in online mode,including development planning workshop in Online Mode(EIL reserves the right to execute the training in Online mode at a later date. In Such an eventuality the price of training conducted in Online mode shall be 90% of the offline prices (Refer above Note Point no.2))and PART B (5 batches) : Development Planning workshop of Senior ExecutivesDevelopment Planning workshop of Senior Executives shall be conducted for a batch of approximately 8 participants, either in offline mode or in online mode (EIL reserves the right to execute the training in Online mode at a later date. In Such an eventuality the price of training conducted in Online mode shall be 100% of the offline prices (Refer above Note Point no.2))(Refer document no. 8574-74-41-SOW-0037).
