Execute patch/repair/modification works on corroded, damaged, or thinned areas of various static and rotating equipment, including vessels, ducts, casings, doors, and chutes for elevators and conveyors in NP & Offsite area, fan casings, dryer shell, granulator shell, and cooler shell, etc. These activities shall be performed at multiple locations and elevations across both streams of the NP plant.Plate thickness- 3 to 16 mm Material-CS/MS

Execute patch/repair/modification works on the Plenum chamber/Cyclonic section of Dryer & Cooler with MS/CS plate for Streams A & B at the NP Plant. The activity also includes painting of them with one coat of epoxy metal primer and Epoxy finish paint after thorough cleaning.Plate thickness- 6 to 12 mm Material-CS/MS

Fabrication and erection of structural supports, stiffeners, platforms, etc. of the various static and rotating equipment such as vessels, ducts, bunkers, elevators, conveyors, fans, etc. after cutting and removing the damaged one at different locations and elevations in both streams of the NP Plant. The activity also includes painting of them with one coat of epoxy metal primer and Epoxy finish paint after thorough cleaning.
