| 2 | Providing and fixing Laminated HDF grooved wooden slat wall cladding panels of approved make, comprising grooved and fluted perforated wooden slat panels of size 197 × 2440 × 15 mm, or as size directed by the Engineer In-charge. The panels shall be manufactured from High Density Fibre wood board (HDF) with a minimum density of 700 kg/m³. The front exposed face shall have an approved laminated finish of minimum 0.5mm thickness in approved shade and texture, there shall be balancing protective coat of polish at reverse side. HDF material shall be at least ISI complient and ISI mark shall be stamped on the board. Bidder shall submit technical credentials of HDF for approval of Engineer In-charge before mass production.The panels shall incorporate a special perforation and fluted groove pattern, consisting of 3 mm wide grooves with a visible pitch as approved by Engineer In-charge on the exposed surface. Panels edges shall be provided with tongue-and-grooved jointing system, designed to receive concealed fixing for proper alignment and secure installation. The rear face of the perforated panels shall be factory-backed with sound-absorbing non-woven acoustical fleece.The quote rate shall be including the following,1. Removing of existing acoustical panels and stacking it at approved location within the Campus.2. Repairs to the existing backing plywood based on site requirement ( shall be paid separately )3. Preparing surface for installation of slates by planning and cleaning as per site requirement, sealing all the joints between backing plywood by external grade sealant of DOW/SIKA/Dr. Fixit sealant to prevent the entry of water and air from external side.4. Providing and fixing specially made GI Channel of 32X50X0.5 at an internal of 600mm horizontally enabling to fix the CC Aluminium Channel of 18mm. Providing and fixing specially made aluminium channel extrusion with flange on either sides enabling to hold keel insert clip. 5. Providing and fixing actual wooden slates over the aluminium channel with the help of aluminium keel insert clip system, complete in all respects to hold Wooden Slates in perfect line and level.6. Providing and filling the cavity behind the panels with 50 mm thick compressed rockwool filled in flees bags insulation of minimum density 45kg/cum.Quoted rate shall be including materials, accessories, fixing hardware, cutting, finishing, and installation in perfect line and level, including wastage, cleaning of site, shifting debries to approved dumping yard within campus etc Complete as per as per the instructions of Engineer-in-Charge. Actual visible area in the elevation shall be measured for the payments. 10% tolerance in sizes and unit weights shall be acceptable. Nothing extra shall be paid separately. Bidder shall quote rate without GST, GST shall be paid as per prevailing rate. |
| 3 | Providing wood work in frames, batten patties of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position with necessary stainless steel screws etc. as per direction of Engineer In-charge, etc complete.Bidder shall quote rate without GST, GST shall be paid as per prevailing rate. |
| 4 | Deployment of Tempo ( 407 )/tractor trolly and adequate Manpower for Shifting of debries , unservisable material to IISER Scrap yard or dumping yard as per site requirment. Material to be collected from corridors of Main Building ( G+2 ) as per directions of Engineer In-charge , unservisable material to be shifted to scrap yard. Quoted rate shall be including the hire charges, labours, transport, fuel , tools tackles, operators charges etc , insurance of equipment and operator, etc. complete. Copy of valid license shall be availble with the driver along with the Registration Certificate ( RC ) copy and shall be submitted to IISER Pune for records. Nothing extra shall be paid separately. Actual number of trips as per Log Sheet duly approved by Engineer In-charge or his representative shall be measured for payments. Agency shall maintain log-sheet of deplyment and get daily certified from department on same day and shall be submitted along with running account bill for payments. Quoted rate shall be including cost of labour , tools , GST ,taxes , minimum labour wages , etc complete. Nothing extra shall be payable seperatly. Minimun volume to be shifted shall be 1 brass unit.Bidder shall quote rate without GST, GST shall be paid as per prevailing rate. |
| 5 | Protection of vinyl flooring by using layer of minimum 1.5mm thick tile protection sheeting made-up of Polypropylene Tile Protection Sheets and 300microns tarpuline paper to protect vinyl flooring. The tile protection sheeting shall be at site till the completion of work, after completion of work bidder to remove all protective sheeting and take-away by vacating the site. Bidder shall quote rate without GST, GST shall be paid as per prevailing rate. |
| 6 | Repair works in wood work paneling by providing and fixing 18 mm thick plywood MR grade of Green ply / Marinc/Kutty in wall lining, wall corners , edging over existing frame work with screws and nails etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. Quoted rate shall be excluding GST & including , transportation , lead , lift , scaffolding etc. complete. Nothing extra shall be paid separately. Net area fixed at site shall be measured for payment. |
| 7 | Repair works in wood paneling work by providing & fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain / wood grain in gloss / matt/ suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality. By using 1mm thick laminate. Laminate shall be as per approval of Engineer In charge , IISER Pune. Quoted rate shall be excluding GST & including of transportation , lead , lift , scaffolding etc. complete. Nothing extra shall be paid separately. Net area fixed at site shall be measured for payment. |
| 8 | Providing and fixing Full body Vitrified Slabs of size 2400X800 on the wall of approved make Johnson/RAK, in all approved colors, shades and combinations in full sizes or part as per design , pattern approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in walls over chemical mortar and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. Existing painted surface to be scrapped completely by mechanical means exposing plaster surface ,to make surface clean to fix tiles properly by Chemical adesive accordingly. Quoted rate shall be including cost of tiles, labour material,chemical adesive, wastage, etc. complete. Nothing extra shall be paid separately. Actual area of tiles fixed on the wall shall be measured for payments. Approved make Johnson/RAK/KajariaBasic Rate of granite Rs.250/- per sqft. Bidder shall quote rate without GST, GST shall be paid as per prevailing rate. |
