| 1 | Carrying out maintenance of entire sewage system of Erangal area by cleaning of sewage line of dia. not exc. 150mm, 200mm and 300mm including blocked manholes by rodding from manholes and well flushing after cleaning and removal of blocked/decomposed sludge/dirt and other materials out side MD land in closed container including removing and re-fixing manhole covers without damaging, cleaning/removal of blockages in trap of kitchen, bath and WC, etc.complete as and when required basis. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 2 | Note:-(a)Sludge/de-composed materials obtained from cleaning shall be removed outside MD land by mechnical sewage cleaning tankers.(b) Rate inclusive of clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings shurbs and trees not exceeding 30 cm girth upto 3 mtrs alround the septic tank and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 mtrs outside the periphery of the area. (c)One safaiwala and two mazdoor shall be detailed daily for Erangal area, INS Trata for thepurpose of rendering the entire sewage system functional through out the contract period.In case of failure compensation will be recovered as specified in respective PS Clause.(d)In case of blockage of sewage system the complaint shall be rectifiedwithin three hours from the time of intimation.(e)The rates quotedshall be deemed for attending day to day complaint basis and make functional the entire sewage system for the period of one month atErangal area, INS Trata. |
