Schedule - A (Part -I) all Delhi Schedule of Rate (DSR) 2023 items and Schedule -A (Part -II)Additional Miscellaneous Items from 01 to 39 of the tender document.1. (If bidder quote (- ) 5% on the schedule A (Part I & Part II) rates. Then since 100 is base value of schedule A and as bidder has quoted (- ) 5%on the schedule “A” percentage quote becomes 100 - 5 = 95)2. If bidder quote (+) 4% on the schedule A (Part I & Part II) rates.Then since 100 is base value of schedule A and as bidder has quoted (+) 4% above the schedule “A” percentage quote becomes 100+4 = 104)
