Windlass and Mooring Winch Jobs on turnkey basisItem covers the following services

Windlass and Mooring Winch Brake band renewal – P & STest to be carried out to the holding load equivalent of 222 bar pressure on winches only in the presence of owner’s representative and certificate issued to the vessel.

Both windlass & all mooring winches brake bands to be renewed with asbestos free lining along with brass nuts and screws after site inspection and confirm by owner. All materials are the owner’s supply.

Mooring winch / windlass Break Indicators to be renewed.

Mooring winches, brake bands cover plate to be complete fabricated after brake testing as it been thinned down and wasted well as the base of the drum needs to be thoroughly inspected.

Both P & S windlass gears need to be inspected.

Hydraulic line for winches from forward to aft completely to be thoroughly inspected and tested and renewed accordingly.A. Forward Mooring Winches- 4 setsB. Aft Mooring Winches - 6 sets hyd motor (L R C) HMKC200+KVWC. Windlass mooring winch - 2 sets hyd motor (L R C) HMKC200+KCB
