| 14 | M&L for concealed point wiring with 1100 Volt grade PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH multi-stranded single core copper conductor cable for phase and neutral and 1100 Volt grade PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH multi-stranded single core copper conductor cable (green colour) as earth continuity conductor, drawn through and including rigid non-metallic PVC conduit 19/20 mm dia, medium grade, ISI marked, with all conduit accessories, laid partly concealed and partly on surface, including necessary cutting of chases, grouting and making good in cement mortar 1:3, providing and fixing sunk GI terminal box (minimum 1.2 mm thick) of suitable size for mounting modular type switches/sockets/fan regulators, etc., with earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly, for one modular type light / bell / ceiling fan / exhaust fan point controlled by one one-way switch, using 1.5 sqmm cable for phase and neutral, complete all as specified and directed.NOTES :-(i) Where tube light fittings are to be suspended, CI circular boxes shall be provided in the ceiling along with PVC conduit and the quoted rate shall be deemed to include the same.(ii) Quoted rate shall be deemed to include the cost of sunk GI terminal box. Modular cover plate and frame shall be measured and paid separately.(iii) Cost of cutting chases for concealed wiring and making good surfaces with cement plaster and putty shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. No separate claim shall be entertained. |

| 16 | S&F track mounted LED light system to provide focussed light including necessary electric connection from ceiling junction/terminal box to track through suitable size copper wire and power feed connector, complete all as specified and directed, comprising of the following accessories :-(i) 10 Watt COB LED luminaire in Pressure Die-cast aluminium housing (heat sink) with powder coated white finish with driver, (ii) One metre long track, single phase, white colour(iii) L Shape Connector, white colour(iv) Any other accesory required for satisfactory installation of the track light. |
| 17 | M&L for concealed sub-main wiring with two runs of FRLS-H PVC insulated and unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable of nominal cross-sectional area 10.0 sqmm as phase and neutral and one run of FRLS-H PVC insulated and unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable of nominal cross-sectional area 10.0 sqmm as earth continuity conductor, drawn through and including rigid non-metallic PVC conduit, medium grade, of suitable size, complete all as specified and directed.NOTES :-(1) Three runs of single core 10.0 sqmm cable along with one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.(2) Cost of cutting chases for concealed wiring shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. No separate claim shall be entertained.(3) After completion of wiring, chases shall be filled and finished with cement mortar 1:6 and made flush with adjacent surfaces and finished even and smooth with white wall putty. The quoted rate shall be deemed to include this work and no separate claim shall be entertained. |
