Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand (Asian Paint, Nerolac, Dulux, Berger) and manufacture in the required colour to obtain an even shade, one or more coats on old work.Any primer required to be applied on rusted areas shall also be included in the quoted rate The rate shall be inclusive of all scaffolding, jhula, ladders, stairs, and any other arrangements required for painting at height. No extra payment shall be admissible beyond the quoted rate.
