Supplying, filling in foundation and plinth with sand in layers well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, royalty of all the materials required for the work labour with T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement Concrete of proportion(1:3:6) in foundation and plinth using 4cm size clean hard black granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying in layers not exceeding 15cm thick to the required level, ramming watering and curing etc.complete including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:2:4) using 12mm size hard granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete and compacting in layers not exceeding 15cm thick with proper packing and ramming each layer of concrete by means of vibrator including watering and curing etc.complete including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including raking out joints 12 mm deep and removing the debris within 50m lead (AR 2006 Page No 218 item No 13)

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) over the brick masonry walls including all cost of the materials, carriage, royality,alltaxes and all labour involved for completion of item of work as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering two coats with any approved colour including cost of distemper and all labour etc.

Finishing wall with weather coat of approved quality two coats to give an even shade with brush to outside wall surface after cleaning surface including cost of paint watering and curing cost conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour,cess with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all floors.
