| 3 | SD-WAN Service (Including Appliance, Dual Connectivity, and 24x7 Monitoring)Subscription/License and deployment of SD-WAN appliances at both Head Office and all branches. Primary Internet connectivity through a minimum 4 Mbps dedicated fiber-based Internet Leased Line (ILL). Secondary Internet connectivity through a minimum 20 Mbps fiber broadband connection.24x7 centralized monitoring, ticketing system access, uptime SLA commitment, link performance diagnostics, and fault resolution support. All associated infrastructure support (e.g., SIM cards, routers, cabling, last-mile setup) required for connectivity must be considered in the pricing. If the bidder proposes any additional redundancy (like 4G/5G dongles, satellite internet, or multi-path failover), such costs must be specified under “Additional Services separately with complete details. No part of the SD-WAN infrastructure or services (hardware, software, network, or monitoring) should carry hidden or future costs unless declared and itemized explicitly. The Bank reserves the right to reject any quote that does not transparently declare coverage of all these components. |

| 7 | One-Time Charges (OTC) – CBS and Statutory Modules on ASP ModelThe quoted One-Time Charges (OTC) must comprehensively cover all implementation-related activities and deliverables for the Core Banking Solution (CBS) and all statutory modules offered under the ASP model. The OTC shall include the following components (but is not limited to):• Complete implementation of CBS and statutory modules.• Setup and configuration of interfaces and middleware for integration with third-party systems.• Integration of digital delivery channels such as: UPI, IMPS, NFS (ATM Switching), ePOS.• Full training of bank staff, including user-level (branch and HO) training, admin/technical training for IT personnel, and provision of training materials/manuals in digital and/or printed format.• If any service/module (e.g., Loan Origination System (LOS), CRM, ALM, HRMS, etc.) is not included in the base CBS implementation, it must be clearly identified and quoted separately under the “Additional One-Time Charges” section in the same sheet.The Bank shall not entertain hidden or future implementation charges for modules declared as included in the base ASP model. |
