| 6 | M & L bituminous premix Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete (Gde-II), 30 mm consolidated thickness with minimum 5.5% binder content (bitumen grade VG-30) by weight of total mix in hot mix plant, laid with mechanical paver and rolled to a uniform smooth surface with 8-12 tonnes articulated tandem roller (Double drum vibratory roller) and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i)The mix shall be mixed in hot mix plant and laid with mechanical paver only.(ii)The mix shall be prepared by designing through job mix formula all as specified from Govt. engg college / Govt approved lab/HBTI.(iii)No price adjustment for Bitumen shall be done for variation on plus side. (iv) Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete will be comprising of 2% filler material (OPC 43 grade cement). (v) Cost of testing chrages, material & transportation for job mix formula shall be deemed included in the rate quoted. |
