M&L Repairs to pot holes any depth n.exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting round edges to at least 25 mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 Sq.m of paving bitumen VG-10, putting in pre mix as specifed for thin bituminous carpet (2 cm thick), well rammed and sealed with premixed sand seal coat (6.8 kg of binder with 0.06 cum of sand), again well rammed (including supply of pre mix binder and sand), depth of pot holes not exc 30mm andcomplete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Preparing existing black topsurfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally cleaning the surfaces with mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt etccomplete all as specified & directed.

M & L for applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.25 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surface complete as specified and directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam laid using mechanical paver for any width of road, rolled & compacted to required gradient and camber ( consolidated thicknes 75mm or less) withbinder content ( paving bitumen of VG-30 grade bitumen ) of min 4%by weight of total mixcomplete all as specified and as directed.

M & L forPremixed bituminoussemi - dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness laid using mechanical paver for any width of road with minimum 5.00 % binder content paving bitumen VG-30 gradeby weight of totalmix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Preparation of road surface and applying thermoplastic reflective paint for marking of minimum 2.0 mm thick single coat as a centre line or edge line etc, road marking n exc 100 mm width using thermo plastic paint (Hot application) white/yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as binder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, inter fillers etc, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be confirming to BS-6086 of MoRTH specification including spraying of glass beads etc complete all as per manufacturer\"s instructions and complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs cat eye solar reflective type stud of size 100mm x 100mm x 25mm, ABS plastic white or yellow body, load bearing capacity 15 tonnes,(Model C-80 with prismatic micro reflectors or equivalent make SM), fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions (Reflectors Yellow/Red) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shank (100% water proofing design) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono crystaline solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-Led rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. incl taking outexisting cat eye complete all as specified and directed .
