| 7 | Removing the old unserviceable/ damage writing pad of Chair Writing Ply propylene and providing new writing padof 18 mm pre-laminated particle board of best quality and sun mica beading all around the writing pad and painting the complete chair with two coats of synthetic enamel paint. |
| 8 | S&F table top for table office clerk/general/typist steel of 18mm thick pre laminated teak veneered particle board, with 4mm thick teak wood beading all side duly polished, fixing the top to the table top frame with screws from bottom complete fixed in repairs all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (FD-84(m)/FD-1004). |

| 12 | Preparation of old painted steel surfaces by rubbing down with sand paper, without any scratching or damaging the existing coat, clean thoroughly to remove all dust/oily spots etc and applying Two coats of synthetic enamel paint Olive green to all outside/exposed surfaces of the item (inside areas of almirahs/drawers etc totally closed are not to be painted.But open shelves exposed to view are to be painted) all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for the following furniture items:- |
